Authors must register at the Registration Counter which will be located at Ibaraki University.

Registration Fees (Presenters):

• High School Students : FREE

• University Students, Others : 1,000 yen

Registration Fees (non-speaker):

• 1000yen for Extended Abstract Transcript

• Free without abstract

Registration fees do NOT include Banquet Fees.

Banquet Fees:

• Students : 3,000 yen 1500yen

• Others : 5,000 yen 3000yen

Only students who attend the conference are eligible for the student banquet fee.
