We are going to hold the 7th conference "ISCIU7". The theme of this conference is the "Future".

At present, the world is facing a serious transition period due to environmental problems such as global warming, the chaotic economic situation, ethnic conflicts and so forth.

Further more, recent disasters, the Great East Japan Earthquake and Atomic Power plant failure shocked not only Japan but also people all over the world.

For these reasons, we have chosen the "Future" as the theme for the conference.

through the various fields of learning to this conference, we hope that each of us will feel, think, and lead the way to new constructive ideas for the future of our world.

Now, let's start to think about the "Future of the World" together!
